So I was totally at this concert on Friday, and I just have to say everyone was going ape shit when Green Day did this. You know who had the longest set in the world? Fucking Rihanna. She is seriously the worst role model in the world and bands like Green Day and No Doubt only got to play like 4-5 songs while Rihanna basically played her whole effing catalog. I haven’t really listened to Green Day since middle school, but kudos to them for fucking sticking it to iHeartRadio for cutting them off. Oh and I was trying to sit with the blonde girls they cut to in this video first hahaha they knew one of the guys working the 1iota event and he was totally trying to get at them so they got some sick seats. BUT our seats were pretty sick anyways and I got to see No Doubt for free and I was sitting by a guy from desperate housewives so it was seriously one of the best nights ever :) OH and Tom Dumont came down the stairs like one foot away from me and I basically died.

how are people not completely infuriated by people like rick santorum and anyone who denies others of simple human rights? you shoving your bible in the face of politicians as your rhyme and reason is an infringement to the rights of couples in love just looking to get married. you telling them that they are less than human and that they dont deserve this right sounds a lot like what bigot whites told african americans in the past, and sometimes even now. get your head out of your asshole and realize the bible is not the final word for every single person in this country. my freedom of religion gives me the right to believe that you are wrong. it gives every single person in this country the right to say NO, i dont live by the bible, i dont accept those words as law. how can politicians like santorum exist? is this really what we have come to? being able to openly state that we dont support civil rights and that its okay to discriminate against people, and to actually gain support? if santorum wins the GOP nomination i will honestly be shocked, i think hes a little too right wing even for them, but fuck them for even giving him a chance to spread his hate and ignorance.
